Welcome to Unspoken a fully immersive weekend. A chance for to surrender and step into a place where you can let go. Somewhere where performance, art and sensuality collide, where you’ll learn to move, create and see yourself in ways you never have before.
Day 1
Awakening the Body
Three workshops with Annie Norris, each a 90-minute invitation to deepen your relationship with movement and with yourself.
✨ Choreography — Step inside Annie’s world as she guides you through slinky, intoxicating sequences designed to awaken your body’s musicality. Learn how to let the music melt through you, every curve and gesture infused with intention.
✨ Detailing — The magic is in the tiny things: fingertips, breath, pauses, transitions. In this workshop you’ll break down movement to its smallest pieces, discovering how to turn the simplest reach or step into something powerful and magnetic.
✨ Freestyle & Camera Presence — This is where everything fuses. Annie will lead you through techniques to drop out of your head and into your body, to ride the edge of vulnerability and strength. You’ll learn how to connect to the lens without forcing it.
As dusk falls we’ll gather for dinner, before slipping back into the studio for a night that feels like ritual. A private circle of performance and expression. Here, you will not be judged — you will be celebrated. That same evening we will take plaster casts of a part of our body because tomorrow, it becomes art.
Day 2
Becoming the Art
✨ The Photoshoots — 2 beautifully curated shoots. Internationally renowned photographer The Image Cella joins us at House of Slink. First, we move together in a wave of bodies, smoke and light, captured as one collective breath. This group photoshoot will capture the group moving dancing and freestyling without the pole. Then, it’s your turn. Twenty minutes where the world narrows to you, the lens, the smoke curling, the gels glowing and if needed Annie beside you guiding you into power, softness, seduction. You’ll walk away with images that don’t just show you, they reveal you, your energy and your sensuality.
✨ The Creative Haven — While the camera captures one side of the studio, the other transforms into a sanctuary of softness. Here there will be creative activities set out for you. To start you can sink into sensual yoga class to stretch and soothe. Next we will sit and sketch a beautiful model in intimate life drawing. Lastly we will adorn your plaster cast with glitter, paint, jewels and gold from the night before. A keepsake like no other: your body, transformed into something eternal.
